Default Pizza Recipe From The Cheese Container

I'm always skeptical of recipes that come on the back of products (not sure why - just am). But this one caught our eye last weekend so MIL and I made it. It was delicious! You should try it if you're looking for something a little different.

Spinach Garlic Pizza

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 prepared pizza crust (12 inch)

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry

1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 small tomato, cut into thin slices

1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb (We used the basil and sundried tomato Feta)

1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions:

PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Mix oil and garlic in small microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Place pizza crust on baking sheet; brush entire surface with oil mixture.

TOP with spinach, mozzarella cheese, tomato slices and feta cheese; sprinkle with rosemary.

BAKE 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into slices to serve.
