It is hotter than a biscuit here (as my UK friend would say). We have no A/C and I have 2 bags of TJs pizza dough that I have to use today.
Is it possible to cook it on the stovetop? Maybe use my big 2 burner griddle? Or should I use my regular skillet and use the lid to steam the crust?
I have never frozen the dough before. Can I even do that? I am really pushing the due date, so I am not even sure freezing will save it.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
