LOL ... noooooo.

Anyway, I can't.stand. the texture of beans. Really, they make me barf. No really. If I eat a bean, I will know it immediately and puke. I ordered a taco salad once at some authentic Mexican place and didn't think about the beans. I didn't eat a single morsel of the salad until I had picked out every single bean and bean fragments. Do.not.like.beans.

Thanks for the tip, Jen. Maybe I will think about trying them. Oh wait, just threw up a little in my mouth. maybe not.

M- Spaghetti with homemade sauce and probably garlic bread
T- swedish meatballs with brown rice and corn
W- vegetable soup with a crusty bread
T- jumbalaya- not really, just what we call it- rice, shrimp, keilbasa, veggies,
and new orleans seasoning
F- stir fry with lots of veggies and brown rice

LOVE beans. LOVE them, love them, love them! In fact, I think I could happily eat black beans every single day (umm, and sometimes twice a day!)

Mon - Tacos
Tues - Chicken with pasta and broccoli
Wed - Pasta eFajoli
Thurs - Bulgur and chicken
Fri-Mon - ON VACATION WHOO HOO!!!!
