OK, you girls have me motivated to meal plan again!

So far, the only thing I *know* I am having is:
TONIGHT: Kim's spinach and grilled corn salad and grilled hot dogs
TOMORROW NIGHT: Will's 1st Day of School Choice!
THURS: ?
FRI:Pizza Night
SAT: Camp/canoe trip overnight....need to figure out a meal to bring for dinner.

1. Chicken & rice balls with a salad
2. Salad with grilled chicken & cornbread
3. Chicken Stir Fry
4. Pork Gisado over polenta
5. Chili

7. Roast chicken & roasted veggies

OMG, I love fresh BLTs. Lots of romaine, juicy tomatoes, crispy bacon ... mmmmmm. I don't just have BLTs though ... I use the rest of the romaine and tomatoes to make a salad to go with. And, I finish it off with a small bowl of orange sherbet.

- Leftover chicken skewers (with the last of my TS Thai Peanut sauce...sniff, sniff, can't wait until they have it again) and fried rice.
- Baked chicken stew w/ biscuits on top
- Taco soup in crockpot
- Chicken enchiladas

I LOVE LOVE BLTs...and BELTs - add a fried egg. We had them last week...need to have them again soon.
