Thurs. : Baked rotini w/ veggie sauce, mixed green salad
Fri. : Broiled Tilapia Parmesan (C, did you get your recipe from Allrecipes?), brown rice, broccoli

Saturday- Baked spaghetti Carbonara (WW) and green beans
Sunday- Homemade pizza
