Monday---Turkey Chili with Cornbread muffins
Tuesday---Vegetable soup, bruschetta
Wednesday---Garden Salad with grilled chicken and pita bread
Thursday---Cheese (mozzeralla, parmesan, gouda and feta) pizza w/ pesto sauce
Friday---Roasted chicken breast, eggplant, and brown rice
Saturday---Black Bean Tacos, mexican rice, and homemade tortilla chips with salsa fresh from the garden!

Sunday---Something on the grill with grilled veggies.. not sure what meat
I have to say that I absolutely love meal planning in the summer. There is something so exhilirating about going out to the garden to pick the ingredients for our meals.
