~Black Beans and Beef Burritos
~Grilled Chicken
~Burgers

Monday - ?? Carry-out?
Tuesday - Grilling burgers
Wednesday - Mexican Manicotti
Thursday - Probably sandwhiches or something at home. (We have a ya-ya playdate with Becky!)
Friday - Buffalo Chicken Salad/Wraps

Nothing planned for the weekend.

~Stuffed Peppers
~Soup (currently frozen) and grilled cheese

The rest of the week is leftovers (making a lot of enchiladas and stuffed peppers) or eating out.

We leave Thurs for Seattle (woo hoo!)

So:
Tonight: Date night
Monday: Skillet Tamale Pie leftovers
Tues: We have DH's friend and his GF coming to dinner, so my plan for grilled cheese is out

. I need something easy and tasty, so I'll be perusing this catagory today!
Weds: Grilled Cheese and soup. or eggs and bacon. Something easy since I"ll be up late packing! Ugh!

Argh. So bad. I made TJ's turkey meatloaf the other night. And turkey tacos the night before.
But I need something to make for Project Runway night tonight, and have no clue. I'm going to peruse the recipe section now...
