Tonight: Date night
Monday: Skillet Tamale Pie leftovers
Tues: We have DH's friend and his GF coming to dinner, so my plan for grilled cheese is out . I need something easy and tasty, so I'll be perusing this catagory today!
Weds: Grilled Cheese and soup. or eggs and bacon. Something easy since I"ll be up late packing! Ugh!

Argh. So bad. I made TJ's turkey meatloaf the other night. And turkey tacos the night before.
But I need something to make for Project Runway night tonight, and have no clue. I'm going to peruse the recipe section now...

It was good. I served it with some plain grilled chicken and everyone loved it. Good alternative to pasta with red sauce. I'll post the recipe soon ...
