I need to get back on it too.
DH is home this week so I'll try to plan it out. We don't eat normal dinners the weeks he is gone. I have some stuffed chicken breasts that I got at TJs to cook up tonight. I have TONS of Super Suppers meals to go through since I did their monthly membership to get six meals and I haven't used them the last two months! I am hoping to blow through those this week!
