Lemon Pound Cake
4 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
1 large pk. of lemon instant pudding mix
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
-beat eggs until very thick, then add everything else
-beat for 10 minutes
-pour into a greased/floured pan
-bake at 350 for about 50 minutes
-pour lemon glaze on top- 1cup powdered sugar with 1-4 tsp lemon juice (start with 1 tsp and add more until the glaze reaches desired consistency)
