Default Kat - Recipe Q

Kat I'm making the rasberry pork chops you posted a while ago.
I was wondering what you serve as a side dish with it. I'm awful with side dishes and always make the same.
I didn't cooked a nice dinner in a while and tomorrow DH will be for dinner and want to do something nice. I just cooked the pork (I was thinking in using yesterday but I came back too late from the store and I'm not sure it will be fresh for tomorrow) and smells DELICIOUS!!!!! (if a vegetarian can say so ).
If not Kat maybe someone else can give me ideas for a side dish??. I'm always around steam brocoli, wild rice, potato (roasted or mashed) and salad.
TIA

Hey!
Sorry...just got on the boards and saw this, V!

I usually do some roasted asparagus with a bit of goat cheese crumbled on top and some sort fo rice...wild or yellow rice is great. You could also do a garlic mashed potato if tired of rice? The green could be either asparagus, a nice salad or any other green. I cook by color on the plate. The red on the porch chops is gorgeous!!

Let me know how it turns out!

It look so good and it takes 10 minutes to do, it's great! I'm sure DH would love it too.
