I also like to do baked sweet potatoes...just bake them for about an hour and add some butter/margarine and salt or a pinch of brown sugar.
When I was on WW by standards were steamed broccoli, a simple side salad with a tsp of blue cheese crumbles and Light Balsamic Vinaigrette, and those Balsamic Mushrooms that Miss Pitchy posted.
