Do you have a recipe to share?

My aunt got me a pumpkin shaped cake pan/mold but of course we don't celebrate Halloween here. Still since it's October and Dimitri's nameday is on the 26th I'd like to bake a cake using it. I was thinking something with ginger/pumpkin or carrot and a nice glaze/frosting...Any ideas for something delicious? I'd like a cake greeks don't usually try. thanks!

I'm not sure how a pan like that would work for a cheesecake, but I have a fantastic pumpkin cheesecake recipe. If you want me to look for it let me know; but it might be hard to unmold from that pan (I usually use a springform pan).

Robin I don't think the pan is suit for a cheesecake but I'd love your recipe anyway.
