Default Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 TBSP finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 TBSP minced onion or scallion
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice

Mix mayo and sour cream in small bowl until well blended. Add blue cheese, parsley, onion, and lemon juice; stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.

- If you don't have fresh parsley, use 2 tsp of dried parsley
- I always use yogurt instead of sour cream.
