The two things I CANNOT resist are rice crispy treats (maybe with butterscotch morsels for color and black webbing icing across the top?) and frosted sugar cookies.

I'd say do caramel apples. There is a variety made by Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory that is called the apple pie apple- green apple dipped in caramel, then white chocolate, then rolled in cinnamon sugar- it is divine! Happy baking!
