Default bladder infection??

How do you know your kid has a bladder infection? I know they can be common for little girls with bubble baths and all and I'm not sure if she has one or not its so hard to tell.

REagan has had several accidents in the past week which is very unlike her. She wet her pants at church today, like totally and then she wet them a couple other times. Once she wet them about 10 min after she peed on the toilet. She usually never has accidents, I mean she would have the occaisonal drip from not wiping good or what I think is testing tos ee if she has to go. but never a full blown out peeing in her pants. A couple times she said she didnt 'know she had to go andit jsut slpped out. Or she says she has to like immediatly go when she first finds out she ahs to go. And then a couple times she has mentioned the pee pee part of her vagina was hurting whens he peed but not every time. So I am stumped.

So moms who have had girls iwth bladder infections should I be concerned??? Is there like some way to know for srue before bringing her in to the ped??? I have to go in on Wednesday for Allisons shots so I dont 'know if I shoud just og ahead and get REagan seen too but I dont' want to deal with urine samples and all that unless I really need to. ya know?

The only experience I have is from when Onna was 3 months old. She spiked a fever of 104 and it would not go down. After a trip to the ER they determined she had a bladder infection. Has Reagan had any fevers?
Will she drink cranberry juice? Couldn't hurt to get her started on that and see if she starts feeling better.
