As I started working with automating recall information for this site and setting up functionality for posting and reviewing videos, I realized that the development work mapped very well to another project that is entirely unrelated to stopmomstop.
Rather than reinventing the wheel, I decided to move forward with this external project. It slowed things here at stopmomstop, but in the end I'll be able to add more functionality to this site much faster and also I'll have a much stronger grasp on security and performance concerns.
Of course, further development isn't the only reason for a slow down. Having a new child in the house has been a major change for us and family is more important than any website projects.

The articles and quicksnips haven't been updated lately either. I'll get back on track as soon as the development cycle starts to ease up.
